overall The product works well. the only issue that I have is the steam function. when the machine injects water to create steam, most of the steam shoots directly out the back vent pipe. and it forces me to use the steam function more often. Also when steaming. it makes the temperature go down 100c forcing the machine to use its heating element more. I believe all of this could be correct with a more direct steam function where steam is blown into the cooking area rather than out the back. also, the lights inside the oven could be much brighter. Update: The supplier reached out to me after this review was posted, Nina has always been very responsive and helpful and in thankful for her. We worked together to find a solution which shows me that they stand by their product! I have been baking 9 loaves of sourdough at a time and plan to shoot for 12! I am very happy with my purchase and with this company!
